Julie Meyer, Executive Director
Julie joined the staff as Executive Director on April 1, 2002. She brings a wide range of experience with her Master’s degree in Counseling, extensive work as a volunteer in non-profit organizations, and diverse work in the for-profit business world. Julie is dedicated to the challenge of serving the clients and helping the agency continue to grow. She is located in our Lexington office.

Ray Thomas, Case Manager
Ray joined the staff as an HIV Case Manager on August 6, 2001. His time and energies are devoted to being an advocate for our clients, helping them obtain services to make living with HIV/AIDS more manageable. Ray brings a wide range of experience from business and property management, youth counseling, HIV/AIDS education and outreach. Ray is located in our Lexington office.

Kelly Newsome, Case Manager
Kelly joined the staff as as HIV Case Manager on March 7, 2005. In addition to a degree in Education, he has experience in working with schools, businesses, and the general public. Kelly is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our clients. Kelly is located in our Lexington office.

Charlene Pea, Case Manager
Charlene joined the staff as an HIV Case Manager on February 2, 2009. Her office is located at our Winston-Salem satellite office – 206 N. Spruce St. Her experiences gained from working in the field of substance abuse/prevention, HIV health education and outreach, and case management bring diversity to the agency. Charlene strives to help clients achieve empowerment and self-sufficiency.
